📝 Getting Started with Orleandr
1. Download the app
Get the Orleandr app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Register as a customer
Open the app and tap “Register as a customer.”
3. Enter your details
Fill out the required information.
4. Complete registration
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Tap “Register”
- You’ll receive a confirmation email – open it and click the confirmation link to activate your account
Once confirmed, you can immediately start setting up your profile in the app.
If the email hasn’t arrived after 5 minutes, it could be due to:
1. The email ended up in your spam folder
Some email providers automatically sort these messages as spam. Please check your spam or junk folders.
2. Typo in your email address
Mistakes can happen when entering your email. If so, simply restart the registration process.
3. Email provider is blocking the message
Some providers block automated messages. Try registering with a different email address if needed.

To access your trainer’s services and offers, follow these steps:
- Open the Orleandr app and go to your Dashboard
- Under “My Cards,” tap “Add First Partner”
- Enter the email address your trainer gave you
- Tap “Add”

- Double-check the email for typos
- Ask your trainer to confirm the correct address
✅ Once connected, you’ll be able to purchase your first class package and start booking sessions.
After connecting with your trainer, you’ll automatically see a list of available class packages.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose the package you’d like to purchase
- Tap on the price to select it
- Confirm your choice – your order will now be submitted
- You can then return to your dashboard
💡 What happens next?
- Your credits will be added once payment is received
- and your trainer approves the order
✅ Tip: Enable push notifications (see "Enable App Notifications") so you’ll be notified as soon as your credits are active.
A credit equals one participation in a session. When you buy a class package, you receive a specific number of credits you can use to book with your trainer.
In your Dashboard, under “My Cards,” you’ll see your current active class package.
In the bottom-left corner of the card, you'll find your current credit balance. Tap on the card to view the details – including when and where you’ve used credits
There are three ways your credits can be used for a session:
a) You show up without signing up (or your trainer doesn’t schedule classes via App):
In this case, your trainer can scan your personal QR code to deduct a credit on the spot.

b) You sign up for a session (or your trainer signs you up):The credit will be automatically deducted once you’re signed up.
👉 Important: If you’re already signed up, you don’t need to be scanned again – otherwise, the credit might be deducted twice.
c) Your trainer deducts a credit manually:
This might happen if you attended without booking through the app. Your trainer can log the credit afterwards.
✅ Tip: You can always check your credit balance and usage history in the app under your dashboard.
To sign up for a session with your trainer:
- Open the bottom menu and tap “Sessions”
- Browse the list of available sessions from your trainer
- Tap on the one you’d like to join
- Tap “Sign Up” to confirm your participation
✅ Tip: Don’t see any sessions listed? Ask your trainer if you can simply show up—your trainer can scan your QR code on-site to deduct a credit.
To receive push notifications – for example when:
- Your credits are approved
- A waitlist spot opens up
- You get important updates
…simply follow these steps:
- Tap the bell icon in the top-right corner of the app
- Tap “Enable notifications”
✅ Tip: Make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone’s system settings for Orleandr – otherwise, we can’t notify you.
⚙️ Account Settings
To update your personal details, tap the menu icon in the top right corner and select “Profile.”
Here, you can edit information like your name, phone number, and address.
To change your login email or password:
- Open the menu in the top right corner and tap “Profile”
- Scroll down to find the buttons “Change Login Email” and “Change Password”, tap the one you need and enter your new details
To add or update your profile picture:
- Open the menu in the top right corner and go to “Profile.”
- Tap the round placeholder with the person icon (the default empty profile picture) & choose a new photo from your gallery.
No. Each person needs a unique email address to sign up for Orleandr. This ensures clear account identification, individual permissions, and enhanced data security.
To switch languages in the app:
- Open the menu in the top right corner
- At the bottom of the menu, you’ll see a button with the current language – for example, “Deutsch” or “English”
- Tap it to switch between German and English & the app will immediately update to the selected language
To permanently delete your profile:
- Go to the menu in the top right corner
- Tap “Profile” and scroll all the way down
- Tap “Delete Account”
⚠️ Important: This action is permanent. All of your data will be deleted and cannot be restored.
To adjust your notification settings:
- Go to the menu in the top right corner and tap “Profile”
- Scroll to the “Notifications” section
Here you can:
- Turn push notifications on or off
- Enable or disable email updates
✅ Tip: We recommend keeping push notifications on so you don’t miss important updates about bookings, messages, or session changes.
💳 Class Packages & Credits
- Open your Dashboard
- In the “My Cards” section, tap on the package you want to top up
- Choose one of the available credit offers
- Tap the price to select the offer and submit your order
💡 What happens next?
- Your credits will be added once payment is received
- and your trainer has approved the order
✅ Tip: Turn on push notifications (see “Enable Notifications”) so you’ll get notified as soon as your credits are active.
Want to purchase a second class package – for example, for a different course or trainer?
Here’s how:
- Open your Dashboard
- Swipe left in the “My Cards” section
- Tap “Add another card”
- Choose whether it’s for your current trainer or a new one
- Select one of the available offers
- Tap the price to place your order
💡 What happens next? Your credits will be added once you’ve paid and your trainer has confirmed the order.
A credit represents one session.When you buy a class package, you receive a specific number of credits you can use to book and attend sessions.
In your Dashboard, under “My Cards,” you’ll find your currently active class package.
In the bottom-left corner of the card, you’ll see your remaining credit balance. Tap the card to view a detailed history of when and where your credits were used.
If your trainer has enabled an overdraft limit for class packages, you might be able to sign up for sessions or check in with your QR code, even if you don’t currently have enough credits.
In that case, your credit balance will show as negative in your dashboard.
💡 What can you do?
No worries – you can easily top up by purchasing more credits to balance your account and continue booking sessions.
There are three ways credits are applied in Orleandr:
a) You show up without signing up – or your trainer doesn’t schedule classes via app
Your trainer can scan your personal QR code on-site to deduct a credit.

b) You sign up for a session (or your trainer signs you up)
The credit is automatically deducted at the moment of your sign up.
👉 Important: If you're already signed up, don’t get scanned again – this would deduct a credit twice.
c) Your trainer manually deducts a credit for you
For example, if you attended without signing up in advance, your trainer might log it afterwards.
✅ Tip: You can always check your balance and usage history in your dashboard.
In some cases, you might not register for a session via the app – for example, if you're attending spontaneously or your trainer doesn’t schedule classes via app. In that case, your trainer can scan your QR code to deduct a credit on the spot.
✅ Here’s how it works:
- Open the Orleandr app and go to your Dashboard
- At the top, you’ll see your active package
- Tap the small QR code icon at the bottom right of the card
- Show your QR code to your trainer to scan it
- A credit will automatically be deducted from your balance
⚠️ Important:
Only use your QR code if you haven't already signed up for the session. Otherwise, your credit will be deducted twice – once for signing up and once for scanning.
When you sign up for a session – whether you do it yourself or your trainer adds you – a credit is immediately deducted, even if the session is days or weeks away.This means your credit is reserved to secure your spot in the session.
💡 Why is it set up this way?
- You can only book if you have enough credits
- Your place is reserved – no one else can take it
- Your trainer can better plan the session and see who’s attending
🔁 What happens if you cancel?
If you cancel within the cancellation period, your reserved credit is automatically returned to your balance and can be used for another session.
✅ Tip:
Think of it like booking a seat:
Book = spot secured + credit reserved
Cancel = spot released + credit returned
📅 Sessions & Calendar
To sign up for a session:
- Tap “Sessions” in the bottom navigation menu
- You’ll see a list of all available sessions from your trainer
- Select the session you’d like to join and tap on it
- In the session details, tap “Sign Up” to confirm your spot
Once you’re signed up, the session will also appear in your Dashboard.
✅ Tip: You can only sign up for sessions if you have enough credits and the session is linked to your active package.
To cancel your participation in a session:
- Tap “Sessions” in the bottom menu
- Select the session you want to cancel
- In the session details, scroll to the bottom and tap “Cancel Session”
- Confirm the cancellation – your spot will be released, and your credit will be refunded automatically
✅ Tip: You can only cancel within the cancellation window set by your trainer. After that, cancellations may no longer be possible.
To add a session to your device’s calendar:
- Tap “Sessions” in the bottom menu
- Choose the session you want to export and open the session details
- Tap “Add to Calendar”
- The first time, your phone will ask for calendar access – allow it to complete the export
✅ Note:
The session will be added to your phone’s default calendar – for example, Apple Calendar on iPhone or Google Calendar on Android.
If a session is full (i.e. the max number of participants has been reached), you can choose to join the waitlist.
In this case, instead of the sign-up button, you’ll see “Join Waitlist” in the session details. Tap it to be added.
📲 If a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist will be notified – whoever signs up first gets the spot.
If your Dashboard shows no sessions, it means you haven’t signed up for any yet.
The Dashboard only shows sessions you’ve already signed up for – ones you're planning to attend.
✅ Tip:
To sign up, tap “Sessions” in the bottom menu, choose a session, and tap “Sign Up.”
If you’re unable to book a session, it may be due to one of the following:
1. You don’t have enough credits
You need at least one valid credit to sign up if your trainer hasn't activated an overdraft limit.

2. Your credits haven’t been confirmed yet
If your trainer hasn’t approved your recent credit order, the status will show as “Pending” under “Orders.”
➡️ Tip: Reach out to your trainer if it’s taking a while.
3. The session isn’t linked to your class package
Each session is tied to specific packages. If your trainer hasn’t made your package available for that session, you won’t be able to sign up.
✅ Tip: Ask your trainer which packages apply to which sessions if you’re unsure.
You can choose how you view sessions – as a list, a monthly calendar, or day-by-day.
Here’s how:
- Tap “Sessions” in the bottom menu
- In the top right, just under your profile icon, tap the calendar icon: Switch between views to see your schedule the way you prefer
💬 Chat
To message your trainer or provider:
- Open the Chat tab from the bottom navigation menu
- You’ll see a list of all trainers you’re connected with & tap a name to send them a message directly
🛒 Orders
Orders are created automatically when you:
- Buy a class package
- Add credits to an existing class package
- Or your trainer manually assigns you a class package or credits
You’ll find all your orders under “Orders” in the bottom navigation menu – whether you placed them yourself or they were created by your trainer.
Currently, payments aren’t processed directly in the app – but we’re working on it!
Here’s how it works for now:
- You place an order in the app (e.g. for a class package or more credits)
- You pay outside the app – for example, via bank transfer, PayPal, or in cash
- Your trainer manually confirms the payment
- Once confirmed, the credits will be activated in your account
Until your trainer approves it, the order will stay marked as “Pending” and the credits won’t be available yet.
✅ Tip:
Already paid but your order is still pending? Contact your trainer to make sure it gets approved.
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been approved by your trainer yet. This is helpful if you selected the wrong package or changed your mind.
🔒 When can’t I cancel an order?
You won’t be able to cancel your order if:
- Your trainer has already confirmed it
- The credits were assigned to you as a gift or marked as already paid
🛠️ How to cancel a pending order:
- Open the Orders tab from the bottom navigation menu
- Find the order you want to cancel (Status: Pending)
- Tap “Cancel”The order will be deleted and no credits will be added
